(A/N: Whoa, these oneshots are fun! I wish I had started them sooner. Anyway, this was something that flowed easily but took forever to get into words. Firstly, I was stuck on the title. My Luke Castellan x Reader's title wasn't hard at all because of the theme.
But this one was a bit different!
Sorry if you don't appreciate the language. I just threw it in. Also sorry if you don't appreciate my choice of your godly parent.
Now let the crappiness and shortness commence!)

Your P.O.V:

You flick a stray strand of your (h/l), (h/c) locks out of your eyes. Your normally (e/c) eyes flash a dangerous, warning claret. No way were you allowing yourself to get beaten by the scrawny sea spawn in front of you.

"Give up, yet, (Last Name)?" The sea-green eyed brunette gently pokes your throat with Riptide. "I must admit; I'm surprised. Even a useless kid of Ares like you should have been able to put up a fight."

You send the most hideous scowl you can muster at him. "Trust me," you mutter, quickly shoving Riptide away with your rapier, momentarily disarming Percy.

"I haven't even started."

How did you get in this fight with Perseus Jackson?

                                                             *    *    *    Flashback from 30 minutes ago    *    *    *

You were strolling along the edge of the lake in Camp Half-Blood, as you had nothing to do and you had a lot of time on your hands. You couldn't understand why, but you always enjoyed your own company, being away from others. The calm atmosphere and the gentle splooshes of the naiads were somewhat relaxing to you. You sat down at the edge and closed your eyes. Suddenly, you pick up a quiet whisper.

"Come on, Blackjack." The voice is undoubtedly male. "We need to hurry up."

It's Percy Jackson, the Poseidon spawn Clarisse is always dissing.

All of a sudden, a whole wave of water engulfs you. You're completely taken aback, but you're also angry. What was the kid's problem sending a wave at you? As soon as the water had flowed back to the lake, you stomped towards Percy and his black pegasus.

You yanked a brass-coloured hairpin out of your unruly (h/c) hair and to your touch it instantly became your rapier. You aimed it at Percy's neck. "What is your problem, fish boy? Just sending water at me out of nowhere?"

Percy turned around, and his puzzled expression soon transformed into a slightly scared expression when he notices your striking resemblance to Clarisse.

"Look, whatever your name is, Blackjack just told me something was behind me so I sent water at it for good measure. I had no way of knowing it was a demigod." He reasoned, rubbing the back of his neck with his hand.

"I'm (Full Name). Or just (Name) if you prefer, and I'm going to make your regret your parentage!" You slash at him with your weapon, but being the well-known hero he is, he quickly counters the attack with Riptide.

                                                                  *    *    *    End of flashback    *    *    *

You have to admit, he has immediate moves and somehow knows all your future attacks, but you are the child of the war god, not some puny weakling who can move water.

Percy chuckles. "You just don't give up, do you, (Name)?"

"Losers give up. I'm nothing of the kind!" You respond sharply. Once again, your rapier only misses Percy's nose by millimetres, and you continue attacking him. A few times, he's too slow for your reflexes, but every other time he manages to return the blow.

Finally, your arm hurts at the number of times you had attacked him. Percy sees this opening, so he commands another whole fragment of water to crush you. You struggle against the pressure, but you rapidly regain your posture and step out of the blue water.

"I've made Ares bleed, (Name)!"

Thunder groans above, but you both ignore it.

"You sure you wanna take me on?"

How did this guy get so cocky? The first time you met him, he was a quiet, humble, yet slightly adorably stupid, boy who stayed in the Hermes cabin.

"More than happy to regain my father's dignity!" You exclaim, and this time, you take him by surprise and he's on the floor, with your rapier trailing up his chest.

Those vivid green eyes lock with yours for a few seconds, then he gulps.

You smirk at how he looks like a cornered chipmunk. "Ooh, so now whose ready to give up?"

"Fine, fine; I confess! I give up; I'm no match for you." He says, his eyes flickering to the water.

"Don't. Even. Think. About. It." You order, making you rapier give him a slight gash on the side of his neck.

"You got me, (Name). You got me! Will you let me go now? And will you now let me talk?"

Your eyes narrow, but you release the slight pressure you weapon is making on his chin. "Don't push your luck, Jackson."

He inhales deeply. "You see, I've had a little c-crush on you. Ever since I saw you at archery last summer. I actually brushed the feeling off, thinking it was just the god of war playing with me because you're his daughter . . . but you acted like you hate me, and when I asked Grover about it, it turned out most Ares' kids act like they care by acting like they don't give a shit. So, when I saw you here getting mad because of the water, I panicked, thinking I made my chances with you even more slim. I tried to win this fight to get you to like me, but that obviously didn't work -"

Quick as a flash, you haul him up, and your rapier is rapidly your hairpin once again.

He stares at you, then the hairpin, then at you again. But he doesn't expect what happens next.

You grab his collar, and crush his lips with yours. Gods, his lips are soft, and he too melts into the kiss.

You abruptly stop it, though.

"You could have mentioned this earlier and saved me a ton of confusion, fish stick!" You smirk, nudging him.

Usually, this would have made him very annoyed. But! It was you who had said that, (Full Name), his long-term crush, so he just grins at your comment.

"You're better looking than Annabeth, you know that?" He mentions.

Your cheeks darken slightly. "What's Annabeth got to do with anything? The owl face!"

"Aha!" Percy triumphantly proclaims. "You're jealous! But you're adorable when you're envious, so I'm cool with it."

He laughs, and plants a tender and soft kiss on your lips. You spend the next fifteen minutes in this position, before you both agree to keep the relationship a secret and rush back to your separate cabins.

LANGUAGE ALERT! There, now THAT'S over with, read the description!
I wanted to make this longer as well, as my friend in school (who first requested this) loves Percy to frickin Kronos pieces.
THANK YOU TO :iconpiperspage: FOR WRITING 25 WAYS TO ANNOY PERCY JACKSON AS IT REALLY DID INSPIRE ME ON THIS ONE! Awesome nickname for Percy, btw! Fish stick! Heh.
I still don't understand how me writing from scratch is me writing better. Maybe I don't have to copy anything?

Annabeth Chase, Percy Jackson, Clarisse la Rue and Grover Underwood all belong to SHAMAZING writer Rick Riordan.

Poseidon and Ares belong to Greek mythology. Without them, we wouldn't have the awesome Percy Jackson!

Plots belongs to :iconpoppyfields145: , aka me.

You belong to yourself and yourself only!

Over and out,
~Tiff
